01Do I need an appointment for a dog nail trim?

No. Walk in any time during store hours. On a busy Saturday it’s worth calling first so we can tell you the wait.

02What grooming services do you offer?

Full-service grooming by Alexis and Chris: dogs up to 150 lb, cats with select groomers, and rabbits. Drop off in the morning and pick up any time before close. If it isn’t the cut you asked for, we’ll re-cut it free.

03Do you have a self-serve dog wash?

Not at Wilsonville. We do full-service grooming here. Our Gresham store has self-serve tubs, plus groomers.

04Do you sell raw and freeze-dried pet food?

Yes. Our freezers carry raw from brands like Steve’s Real Food, Northwest Naturals and Primal, and the shelves carry freeze-dried from Stella & Chewy’s, Vital Essentials and others. Search the shop to see what’s on our shelf today.

05Do you have a loyalty or frequent buyer program?

Give us your phone number at the register. Buy 12 bags of most food brands (10 for some) and the next bag of the same size is free. There’s no app or card to keep track of.

06Can I order online and pick up in store?

Yes. Most orders are ready within the hour, and we’ll email you when yours is. If we’re closed, we pull it when we open.

07Do you offer same-day delivery?

Within 3 miles of the store. Order by 3:15pm and it comes the same day, between 3 and 8pm. Delivery is free over $75, otherwise $5. Farther away, we ship.

08What are your store hours and address?

8406 SW Main St, Suite 200 in Wilsonville, right behind Red Robin. We’re open Monday–Saturday 10am to 7pm and Sunday noon to 5pm.

09What pet food brands do you carry?

Natural and premium brands like Fromm, Farmina, Open Farm, Orijen, Acana, Nulo, Stella & Chewy’s and Fussie Cat, plus food and supplies for cats, birds, fish, reptiles and small animals. Search the shop to see what’s on our shelf today.

10Can I bring my dog into the store?

Yes. Leashed, friendly pets are always welcome inside.
